Snapped the head completing my 1974 Flying V . My brilliant mate told me to get on my hands and knees with a magnifying glass and collect every splinter and take it to him.
There is no visible join, the guitar is natural mahogany so there’s no way to hide the repair. The only giveaway is that the varnish is slightly clearer as it hasn’t ages so much. The guys a genius.
If it tunes up right, it’s fixed! Okay, so you can see a *small mark*, but who’s gonna notice that?
