Two Stratocaster bodies united by one neck ! You don’t get the point? Neither do we !
There is a video of this Stereocaster – Stratocollapster, whatever ! – that will probably left you scratching your head trying to figure out what the deal is with this siamese Stratocaster and the purpose of the performance in this “Stereo” performance.
But, let’s admit, there’s something kind of cool about the sound you get when you plug both guitars into separate Marshall amps and play around. There is some randomness depending on where you pluck and strum the strings. It’s like discovering a whole new world of weird tones and noises. It’s like Captain Beefheart and Sloy went on a wild sound-making adventure and this video is the documentation of their shenanigans.
It must be plugged in a Fender Twin!
Or a siamese twin for that matter π
